By accessing or using AgriBazaar (agribazaar.com.pk), creating an account, or interacting with our automated WhatsApp bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to register an account or subscribe to services on this platform.

AgriBazaar functions as an agricultural commodities intelligence platform, price tracking directory, and market information aggregator. Our primary services include:

• Aggregating and normalizing daily grain, pulse, oilseed, and feed market rates from 100+ Pakistani mandis (Ghalla Mandis) and processing plants.
• Maintaining a verified digital directory of agricultural stalls, arhtiyas (commission agents), and corporate agribusiness enterprises.
• Providing AI-driven WhatsApp parsing tools for automated extraction of commercial rate messages.

Physical transaction prices in actual commodity trade are influenced by moisture content, crop grain size, foreign matter (dockage/chhanai), bagging, freight distance, and bilateral negotiation between buyers and sellers. AgriBazaar does NOT guarantee that any specific stall or mill will trade at the published indicative rate.

AgriBazaar and its operators shall not be held liable for any trading losses, missed market opportunities, storage decisions, or agricultural investment outcomes based on data presented on this website or mobile application.

Users may register accounts as standard Subscribers or apply for elevated roles (such as Contributor or Merchant). You agree to:

• • Provide accurate, truthful, and updated contact information upon registration.
• • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• • Notify AgriBazaar immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• • Accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account session.

Arhtiyas, merchants, and corporate representatives claiming or listing stalls and companies on AgriBazaar agree that:

• • All stall codes, phone numbers, and address listings must reflect genuine commercial operations.
• • Submitting false or misleading price quotes to manipulate market perceptions is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account revocation.
• • AgriBazaar reserves the right to audit, modify, or delist any shop or corporate profile that violates quality standards.

Access to premium features (including extended price history, mill audits, and live WhatsApp rate notifications) requires a paid subscription package. Pricing is listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and must be paid through approved payment methods (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Cards). All refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

When group administrators add our verified WhatsApp Baileys bot to commercial mandi trader groups, you grant AgriBazaar the right to read, parse, and digitize agricultural market pricing text for inclusion in our database. Non-price chat, personal chatter, and irrelevant media are discarded automatically by our parsing filters.

All platform software code, database compilations, UI designs, algorithms, trademarks, and logos associated with AgriBazaar (and Agribusiness Pro) are the exclusive intellectual property of the operators. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access rate feeds for internal business purposes.

You agree NOT to:

• • Systematically scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data using automated spiders, bots, or scripts without prior written authorization.
• • Interfere with or disrupt platform servers, API endpoints, or database structures.
• • Resell or redistribute proprietary historical rate charts to third-party commercial vendors without an enterprise license.
• • Impersonate any agricultural commission agent, mandi official, or government entity.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AgriBazaar and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. In all cases, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
